How to use msconfig and startup programs made easy

start up programs Startup programs are software that give you the ability to modify certain parameter in Windows services and remove program from startup.

For that i like to use msconfig system configuration utility, Tuneup Utilities 2009 and Ccleaner.

In that case i don't need to use tree, only one will do the job.

But i will explain two of then and up to you to decide witch one you prefer.

Will start with msconfig witch is system configuration utility.

Click on the start button button and then RUN

"this will open a box like the one below"

windows xp start up

Next you get this screen

system configuration utility

Then this screnn

system configuration utility

Next we want to go to Start up Tab

start up manager

Well as you can see it is not easy to know what are those start up programs, that's why I'm using other start up manager then system configuration utility program to remove program from start up.

With Tuneup Utilities 2009 you will have a clear understanding definition of those program.

You can get the software www.tune-up.com here, also you can download a full documentation on how to use Tuneup 2009.
