Process explorer or windows task manager processes utility

Well actually process explorer is a add on software that you can get for free and windows task manager processes is already included in your operating system.
Both will show you system idle process and active windows processes.
Process Explorer has a nice function - right click on the process then select "Google" to run a Google search on the process name, which will give you what is the files and what it is use for.
Now let look a windows task manager processes

It is very strait foreword but it do the job, went you know that you can type in Google the process name and find out what it is, then you can pretty much make a decision about it.
